The country is welcoming King Charles the third and Queen Camilla for the first time since their Coronation. King Charles will open Parliament and deliver the speech from the throne tomorrow. This is the first time a monarch has read the speech since 1977. It is usually read by the Governor General to mark a new session of Parliament.
