The Nova Scotia RCMP is warning of the release of a high-risk offender who will be moving from New Brunswick to the Millbrook area. Police say 35-year-old Robert Edgar Paul has an extensive and persistent criminal history dating back to 2005, for both violent and non-violent offences. Paul is scheduled to be released today. He is described as five feet eight inches tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Police stress that information is provided to alert members of the public of Paul’s potential presence in the community and isn’t intended to encourage any form of vigilante activity or other unreasonable conduct.
