Lunenburg District RCMP is investigating a fatal crash involving three vehicles in Lilydale. It happened Wednesday just after 4:00 in the afternoon when two vehicles collided on Northwest Road near Schnares Crossing Road. One 53-year-old man from Blockhouse was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The driver was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, and a second passenger was taken to hospital. The driver and passenger in the Dodge Ram reported minor injuries. The driver and only occupant of the Hyundai Accent did not report any injuries. The investigation continues.
