A man has been charged after driving through a Dartmouth McDonald's without pants. Police got the call Saturday afternoon just before 5:00. The 53-year-old driving a convertible ordered food at the drive-thru, and when he got to the cash window, that’s when it was noticed that he had no pants on and his genitals were exposed. He paid for his order and drove off, but police caught up with him at a home in Eastern Passage. He is charged with committing an indecent act and has a future court date.
