MacLeod Cares has opened its new Mahone Bay Nursing Home, replacing the old facility. The three-storey building has 6 wings with 16 single rooms each, along with common spaces for social activities. The facility also includes therapy rooms, a hair salon, outdoor spaces, and a community room. The old facility's residents have already moved in, and the remaining work will be completed in the next few months. An open house will be held later this summer.
