The 19-year-old man charged for his role in a Wolfville protest against Premier Tim Houston has been released on $5,000 bail. The man from Lawrencetown appeared in court Wednesday and was released on conditions including house arrest. The man is accused of intimidation of a justice system participant, two counts of intimidation and mischief under $5,000. The windshield of the vehicle carrying Houston from the event at Acadia University was smashed when a protester climbed on top of it. The accused is scheduled for another court appearance in September.
