Accessibility upgrades to the Lunenburg Community Centre main entrance begin on Monday. The upgrades remove barriers and ensure it is safe and easy to use for everyone. The upgrades include reconstruction of the concrete steps and ramp, new handrails and new accessible doors with automatic openers. Programs at the Centre will continue as normal. Work is expected to be done by the end of June. During construction, visitors can enter through the entrance closest to the track or through the accessible entrance on the back of the auditorium.
