Traffic delays can be expected in Hubbards from now until November as crews work on sidewalks. The delays will take place between Front Road-Highway 329-Highway 3 area. The contractor has increased traffic control to above the standard and is discussing with the province’s Department of Public Works available options for the 2.1 kilometre stretch of road. The contractor along with the municipality are working with the province, emergency responders and residents to improve traffic flow when crews are working around intersections which will increase traffic congestion.
